DMCA & Copyright Policy

XXXMOODS respects intellectual property rights. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, where applicable.

1. Designated agent

Send DMCA notices and counter-notifications to our designated copyright agent:

2. Filing a takedown notice

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material on our Site (URL of the specific page)
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found)
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers, as appropriate.

5. False claims

Knowingly submitting false infringement claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

6. Other rights

Nothing in this policy limits our right to remove content we deem unlawful, harmful, or in violation of our Terms of Use without a DMCA notice.
